• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate smooth transaction processes
• Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure successful closings
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and market data using company CRM systems

• Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of 1 year experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships

$97,500 - $145,700 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
