Responsibilities

  • Prospect and follow up with leads to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to potential buyers, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and relevant regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings.
  • Manage client relationships through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and providing ongoing support throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License in the state of Georgia
  • Proven track record of successful real estate sales
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of motivation and a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent customer service skills with a client-first mindset
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate technology tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Woodstock and surrounding areas

Compensation

$144,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
