Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth closing processes.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid real estate license in the state of Georgia or ability to obtain one promptly
- Excellent knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values in Woodstock, GA
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple client relationships
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
Compensation
$144,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
