Responsibilities

  • Prospect and follow-up with leads to generate new business opportunities and build a robust client base.
  • Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to potential buyers, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring all terms are met and transactions are completed smoothly.
  • Stay updated on market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with the most current information and advice.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices, support each other, and achieve collective goals.
  • Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay competitive in the market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Active real estate license in the state of Georgia.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other relevant technology.

Compensation

$144,000 USD Yearly
