Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients and follow up on leads to create new business and grow your client network.
  • Show properties to interested buyers, offering clear and helpful information to make their experience enjoyable.
  • Handle contract negotiations and guide the sales process from start to finish, making sure everything goes smoothly.
  • Keep up with the latest market trends and neighborhood updates to give clients the best advice possible.
  • Work closely with the team to exchange ideas, support one another, and hit shared goals together.
  • Use CRM tools to keep track of client communications, manage leads, and stay organized.
  • Join regular training sessions and development programs to sharpen your skills and stay ahead in the game.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Active real estate license in the state of Georgia.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other relevant technology.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Compensation

$144,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
