Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with lead agents to conduct home showings throughout Northern Virginia.
• Deliver comprehensive written and verbal feedback after each showing to help fine-tune client preferences.
• Assist in drafting and negotiating offers on behalf of lead agents and their clients.
• Host open houses to attract new prospects and generate leads.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation to build your personal client pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and client communications using PLACE technology and team tools.
• Commit to ongoing development by participating in script rehearsals, team training sessions, coaching, and weekly Partner Calls.
• Provide exceptional service to ensure clients feel supported and confident throughout their journey.

• Holds a Virginia real estate license or is actively working toward obtaining one.
• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.
