Key Responsibilities

• Partner with lead agents to conduct property showings across Northern Virginia.
• Deliver detailed written and verbal feedback after each showing to align with client preferences.
• Support lead agents and clients during offer preparation and negotiation stages.
• Host open houses to attract potential buyers and generate new leads.
• Commit a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation to develop your own client base.
• Keep accurate records of daily activities and client interactions using PLACE technology and team tools.
• Engage in continuous training through script practice, team meetings, coaching sessions, and weekly Partner Calls.
• Provide outstanding client service to ensure a smooth and confident home-buying experience.
