We’re gearing up to launch with Zillow Flex, operate out of a cutting-edge office space, and tap into one of the largest social media followings in the DMV region, engaging over 10 million people monthly across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Handle administrative tasks to support agents and ensure smooth transaction workflows
• 📅 Coordinate showings, manage appointments, and keep listing details up to date
• 🏡 Maintain MLS listings, execute property marketing plans, and organize transaction documentation
• 📞 Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members
• 🔎 Assist with marketing efforts and contribute to expanding our online presence
