Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead agents to conduct property showings throughout Northern Virginia.
• Provide thorough written and verbal feedback after each showing to ensure client preferences are met.
• Assist lead agents and clients during offer preparation and negotiation processes.
• Host open houses to attract prospective buyers and generate new leads.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation to build your own client portfolio.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities and client communications using PLACE technology and team tools.
• Participate in ongoing training through script rehearsals, team meetings, coaching sessions, and weekly Partner Calls.
• Deliver exceptional client service to ensure a seamless and confident home-buying journey.
