Primary Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Deliver comprehensive administrative support to agents, ensuring smooth transaction processes
• 📅 Coordinate showings, appointments, and manage listing schedules
• 🏡 Manage MLS listings, oversee property marketing initiatives, and handle transaction documentation
• 📞 Facilitate clear communication among clients, vendors, and team members
• 🔎 Assist with marketing strategies and boost our digital presence
