Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about real estate? We’re looking for a committed Real Estate Assistant to become an integral part of our energetic and successful team.

We’re preparing to launch with Zillow Flex, operate from a state-of-the-art office, and proudly engage one of the largest social media followings in the DMV region, reaching over 10 million people monthly on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Providing comprehensive administrative support to agents and streamlining transaction processes
• 📅 Coordinating showings, managing calendars, and handling all listing-related tasks
• 🏡 Overseeing MLS listings, marketing properties, and managing transaction documentation
• 📞 Ensuring effective communication between clients, vendors, and team members
• 🔎 Assisting with marketing efforts and boosting our online presence

• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities combined with strong technical know-how
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
