Primary Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Delivering thorough administrative support to agents and optimizing transaction workflows
• 📅 Scheduling showings, managing calendars, and overseeing all listing-related duties
• 🏡 Managing MLS listings, marketing properties, and handling transaction paperwork
• 📞 Facilitating clear communication among clients, vendors, and team members
• 🔎 Supporting marketing initiatives and enhancing our digital presence
