We’re preparing to launch with Zillow Flex, operate from a state-of-the-art office, and engage one of the largest social media followings in the DMV region, reaching over 10 million people monthly on platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Provide thorough administrative support to agents, ensuring seamless transaction workflows
• 📅 Schedule showings, appointments, and manage listing calendars
• 🏡 Oversee MLS listings, coordinate property marketing, and handle transaction paperwork
• 📞 Maintain effective communication between clients, vendors, and team members
• 🔎 Support marketing campaigns and enhance our online presence
