Key Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Deliver vital administrative support and oversee transaction management for our agents
• 🏡 Coordinate listings, update MLS entries, manage signage, and arrange professional photography
• 📞 Maintain timely and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Schedule property showings, inspections, and closing meetings
• 💻 Assist with marketing efforts including social media content, email campaigns, and CRM upkeep
