Primary Duties:

• 🗂 Provide essential administrative support and oversee agent transaction processes
• 🏡 Manage listings, update MLS entries, coordinate signage, and organize photography sessions
• 📞 Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Arrange showings, inspections, and closing meetings
• 💻 Support marketing initiatives including social media content creation, email marketing, and CRM management
