What You’ll Be Doing:

• 🗂 Providing administrative support to agents to keep transactions running smoothly
• 📅 Scheduling showings, appointments, and managing listing calendars
• 🏡 Overseeing MLS listings, marketing properties, and handling transaction paperwork
• 📞 Ensuring effective communication between clients, vendors, and team members
• 🔎 Supporting marketing campaigns and boosting our online presence
