Primary Duties:

• 🗂 Provide essential administrative support and manage transaction coordination for agents
• 🏡 Handle listing management, MLS updates, signage arrangements, and photography scheduling
• 📞 Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Organize showings, inspections, and closing meetings
• 💻 Support marketing initiatives, including social media content creation, email campaigns, and CRM maintenance
