Primary Duties:

• 🗂 Provide essential administrative support and oversee agent transaction processes
• 🏡 Manage listings, update MLS information, coordinate signage, and arrange photography sessions
• 📞 Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Schedule showings, inspections, and closing meetings
• 💻 Support marketing initiatives including social media content creation, email campaigns, and CRM management
