Primary Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Provide essential administrative support and oversee transaction management for our agents
• 🏡 Manage listings, update MLS entries, coordinate signage, and organize photography sessions
• 📞 Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Arrange showings, inspections, and closing meetings
• 💻 Support marketing initiatives, including creating social media content, managing email campaigns, and maintaining the CRM system
