We seek ambitious and driven individuals ready to commit 40 hours a week to building a remarkable career in real estate. We value those who strive to make a meaningful impact, whether it’s assisting a single mother in finding her perfect $200,000 condo or securing a $2,000,000 listing. Many of our first-year agents report earnings between $144,000 and $150,000, with some reaching as high as $500,000.
