Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent presence in the office five days a week to foster teamwork and support.
- Conduct one open house each week to generate interest and attract potential buyers.
- Complete 100 phone calls daily to cultivate leads and expand your client base.
- Attend all scheduled team meetings punctually and actively participate.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt by engaging with our established, effective system.
Qualifications
- Licensed Real Estate Agent seeking new opportunities for growth and success.
Compensation
$144,000 - $300,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
