We boast a wealth of leads, tried-and-true systems, comprehensive resources, and personalized coaching designed to enable our first-year agents to aim for $100,000 in earnings, provided they are fully committed to their role. The real test lies in finding individuals willing to exert the effort required. Mastery in this field is the result of a long-term endeavor, typically requiring 10,000 hours of dedicated practice. Many enter the industry with visions of quick success and high glamour, inspired by reality TV shows like Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset. We are on the lookout for ambitious and passionate individuals prepared to commit at least 40 hours a week to build a thriving and boundless career in real estate. Many of our first-year agents have exceeded their initial objectives. Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$77,500 - $177,750 USD Yearly
