Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and title companies to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any issues.
  • Review and verify transaction documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain detailed transaction records and update the internal database to ensure all information is current and accessible.
  • Monitor transaction timelines and deadlines, proactively addressing any potential delays or obstacles.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to streamline processes and improve overall transaction efficiency.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Transaction Manager or in a similar real estate role in Colorado
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate transaction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with clients, agents, and vendors
  • Proficiency in real estate software and transaction management platforms (specifically CTMe, ReZen, and Brivity)
  • Ability to manage high volume of transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations in Colorado
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  • Valid real estate license is a plus

Compensation

$50,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
