Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and coordinate execution of real estate documents such as purchase offers, listing agreements, amendments, and addenda to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee all listing launch and contract-to-close processes, delegating core tasks to a Transaction Assistant while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Deliver a white-glove client experience throughout the transaction via proactive communication and timely updates.
  • Coordinate vendors for listing services (photography, staging, signage, etc.).
  • Act as the main liaison between clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and title/escrow partners.
  • Monitor task and timeline progress, resolving issues proactively.
  • Collect and log client reviews and referrals post-closing.
  • Maintain and iterate systems that drive operational efficiency.
  • Communicate progress and challenges in weekly team meetings and 1:1s.
  • Engage in internal operations training.

Compensation

$50,000 - $55,000 USD Yearly
