At The Ben Kinney Team Midland, you won’t just manage files—you’ll help drive the entire transaction from contract to close with precision and excellence.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Manage transactions from executed contract to closing 📑
- Ensure all documents, signatures, and deadlines are completed on time
- Coordinate with agents, clients, title companies, and lenders
- Review contracts and disclosures for accuracy and compliance
- Track key dates (option period, financing, closing, etc.)
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties
- Update and manage files within our CRM (Brivity)
- Support agents to ensure a smooth, stress-free client experience
- Troubleshoot issues and keep deals moving forward
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Transaction Coordinator or similar role preferred
- Real estate experience or license is a plus (not required, but valuable)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions at once
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning systems quickly
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
$35,000 - $45,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
