At Bouma Group Realtors, located in downtown Ann Arbor, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Coordinator to support our dynamic real estate team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient transaction processes from contract to closing, providing exceptional service to our clients and agents. Responsibilities

  • Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions
  • Enter listing data, descriptions and pictures into MLS
  • Coordinate photography, staging and other listing launch functions
  • Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers
  • Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc. 
  • Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
  • Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files
  • Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track activities and tasks in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are a detail oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality. You are a good listener, extremely organized, solutions based and results driven. You are passionate about being both efficient and effective in process management and customer service.

Compensation

$50,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
