This opportunity is a commission-based position offering unlimited earning potential.

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A positive attitude and a growth-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• A willingness to learn and implement new systems and strategies
• Basic computer and social media skills (CRM experience a plus)
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Missouri Real Estate License (we can guide you through this process!)

$32,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
