✅ Qualifications

• Active VA/NC real estate license
• Currently producing or capable of ramping quickly
• Coachable, competitive, and growth-minded
• Strong communication and sales ability
• Willing to follow proven systems and structure
• High accountability—no excuses, no babysitting

$160,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
