Have real conversations daily (calls, appointments, follow-up)

Run buyer consultations and listing presentations

Execute disciplined follow-up using our CRM
👉 Why it matters: Most agents lose deals here. Top agents don’t.

Leverage team leads and opportunities
👉 Why it matters: You won’t be building from zero every month.

Train consistently (roleplay, coaching, skill development)
👉 Why it matters: Skill is what separates top producers from everyone else.

Track performance and operate with accountability
👉 Why it matters: What gets measured gets improved—and scaled.

✅ Qualifications

• Active VA/NC real estate license
• Currently producing or capable of ramping quickly
• Coachable, competitive, and growth-minded
• Strong communication and sales ability
• Willing to follow proven systems and structure
• High accountability—no excuses, no babysitting

$160,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly
