• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

• Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets consistently
• Demonstrates exceptional discipline, organization, and persistence in managing tasks and overcoming challenges
• Confident and proficient in handling phone communications, including client outreach and follow-ups
• Experienced in delivering outstanding customer service and adept at employing effective sales techniques to close deals
• Well-versed in working within commission-based compensation structures and comfortable with performance-driven income
• Currently holds a valid California real estate license or actively pursuing the necessary qualifications to obtain one
