• Host open houses to generate business and build relationships
• Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to manage your pipeline and communication
• Leverage our full backend support to stay focused on selling
• Attend team trainings, mentor sessions, and accountability huddles
• Provide exceptional, client-first service from start to finish

• Active real estate license (or in progress)
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Coachable, driven, and full-time focused
• Organized, tech-savvy, and familiar with CRMs (FUB preferred)
• Passionate about helping clients and building a sustainable business

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
