Primary Responsibilities
- Consistently apply PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Counsel buyers, obtain signed buyer agreements, and support home selection
- Assist sellers in securing listings and effectively marketing their properties
- Negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers
- Conduct four open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation activities into client meetings
- Participate in weekly script practice aligned with team standards
- Engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
