Key Responsibilities
- Regularly implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Guide buyers through every step of the purchasing process, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist with home selection
- Acquire listings from sellers and skillfully market their properties
- Negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers
- Host four open houses each month
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into client appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions to uphold team standards
- Engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Exhibit expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Who You Are
You are a driven sales expert with a competitive edge. Building meaningful relationships, actively listening, and understanding client needs come naturally to you.
