Primary Responsibilities
- Consistently apply PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Assist buyers throughout the entire purchasing journey, secure signed buyer agreements, and support home selection
- Obtain listings from sellers and expertly market their properties
- Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers
- Conduct four open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation activities into client meetings
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions to maintain team standards
- Engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Demonstrate proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
About You
You are a driven sales professional with a competitive spirit. Building strong relationships, actively listening, and understanding client needs come naturally to you. You thrive in prospecting and lead generation, confidently overcoming objections. Your communication skills are exceptional, and you are committed to delivering outstanding service.
