• Partner with the team to efficiently coordinate daily operations, ensuring a streamlined and effective workflow.
• Manage property listings, oversee marketing initiatives, and facilitate client communications to optimize sales potential.
• Drive company growth and expand your own team under the mentorship and support of seasoned ownership.
• Apply comprehensive real estate knowledge to expertly guide clients through the processes of buying, selling, and leasing.
• Ensure strict adherence to all applicable local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulatory requirements.
• Formulate and execute strategic business development plans aimed at broadening market reach and enhancing revenue streams.
• Lead negotiation efforts and oversee contract administration to secure advantageous terms for both clients and the organization.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, vendors, and community stakeholders to strengthen the company’s brand and reputation.

• Possession of a valid Washington State Real Estate Broker License is mandatory
• At least three years of professional experience in residential real estate sales or brokerage
• Established history of successful property transactions and high client satisfaction
• In-depth understanding of local real estate market dynamics within the Washington area
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency in real estate CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
• Evidenced leadership skills and business management expertise
• Upholds the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends as required

$120,000 - $215,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
