• Oversee and coordinate all internal communications, manage the team calendar, and maintain social media platforms for both internal and external audiences.
• Support smooth office operations, foster positive client relationships, and organize team events and recognition initiatives.
• Facilitate onboarding for new agents and staff, and manage the referral program to ensure efficient processes.
• Keep the team’s operations manual current by regularly updating procedures and standards not included in the Brivity platform.
• Manage courier duties related to listings and closings.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and functional office environment.

• 2+ years’ operations experience 
• Strong organizational skills and pays strict attention to details
• Proactive servant leader who is willing to do whatever it takes 
• Skilled at protecting time and resources of leaders and team members
• Exemplifies a team player who demonstrates extreme ownership 
• Strong positive and direct written and verbal communication skills
