What You’ll Do

• Build your business with intention by executing proven lead generation systems every week.
• Create consistent opportunities by hosting two open houses each month and turning conversations into clients.
• Convert your effort into momentum by turning prospecting and lead generation activities into signed appointments.
• Sharpen your skills weekly through script practice that helps you communicate with confidence and convert at a higher level.
• Show up as a strong teammate by participating in team activities and contributing to a warm, hardworking, high-integrity culture.
• Commit to growth through weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and Partner Calls designed to help you improve fast.
• Serve buyers at a high level by consulting with them, earning signed buyer agreements, and helping them find the right home.
• Advocate fiercely for your clients by writing and negotiating offers on their behalf with skill, care, and professionalism.
• Stay organized and in action by tracking your activities and clients through PLACE Technology.
