Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program to establish a strong foundation for long-term success.
- Convert Hudson Stonegate-generated leads into clients and closed transactions through consistent follow-up and expert consultation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their goals and guiding them through the buying and selling process.
- Provide strategic advice on property options, secure signed agreements, and coordinate property showings.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and client satisfaction.
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies weekly to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Manage transaction milestones and ensure smooth closings by utilizing PLACE Technology.
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services to effectively advise and support sellers.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state of Colorado.
- Passion for real estate with a strong drive to build and sustain a successful career.
- Previous real estate experience is preferred but not required—new agents are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple transactions and client needs.
- Proficiency in real estate CRM software and other relevant industry tools.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet client needs.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service throughout the transaction process.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property showings and client meetings.
Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
