Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program to establish a strong foundation for success.
  • Convert Hudson Stonegate-generated leads into clients and closed transactions through expert follow-up and consultation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and guiding them through the home buying and selling process.
  • Provide strategic advice on suitable properties, secure signed agreements, and coordinate property showings.
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Execute PLACE lead generation strategies weekly to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Host a minimum of two open houses per month, leveraging prospecting efforts to generate scheduled appointments.
  • Manage transaction milestones using PLACE Technology to ensure seamless closings and effective follow-up.
  • Participate in weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls to enhance skills, track progress, and implement best practices.
  • Engage in team activities, meetings, and events to foster collaboration and contribute to overall team success.
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and listing-related services to effectively support sellers.

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license in the state of Colorado.
  • A passion for real estate and a strong drive to build a successful career.
  • Previous real estate experience is a plus but not required—new agents are welcome.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple transactions and client needs.
  • Proficiency in real estate CRM software and other industry tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional client service at every stage of the transaction.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property showings and client meetings.

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
