Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE Launch program to build a solid foundation for your real estate career.
  • Convert leads generated by Hudson Stonegate into clients and closed deals through diligent follow-up and expert consultation.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their goals and guiding them throughout the buying and selling journey.
  • Offer strategic property recommendations, secure signed contracts, and coordinate property showings efficiently.
  • Represent buyers and sellers in negotiations to achieve optimal results and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Implement PLACE lead generation techniques weekly to maintain a steady flow of qualified prospects.
  • Conduct at least two open houses monthly, utilizing prospecting strategies to schedule appointments and attract potential buyers.
  • Oversee transaction progress using PLACE Technology to guarantee smooth closings and timely follow-up.
  • Participate actively in weekly coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls to sharpen skills, monitor performance, and apply best practices.
  • Engage in team meetings, events, and collaborative activities to support team cohesion and success.
  • Apply expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services to effectively assist sellers in marketing their properties.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a current real estate license in Colorado.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for real estate and a strong ambition to develop a thriving career.
  • Prior experience in real estate is advantageous but not mandatory—new agents are encouraged to apply.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Capable of working autonomously while excelling within a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple transactions and client demands efficiently.
  • Familiarity with real estate CRM platforms and relevant industry technology.
  • High level of attention to detail coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client schedules.
  • Dedicated to delivering top-notch client service throughout every phase of the transaction.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for property tours and client appointments.

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
