Please Note: This position is COMMISSION-ONLY.

• Work with motivated buyer clients from both team-provided leads and your own sphere.
• Conduct showings, market analysis, and negotiations to deliver successful transactions.
• Leverage team-provided marketing, CRM, and transaction coordination to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain expert knowledge of local market trends and inventory.
• Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.
• Participate in team training and accountability systems to sharpen skills and stay competitive.

• Active CA real estate license.
• Minimum 2 years of residential real estate experience and a proven record of closed transactions.
• Strong negotiation and client service skills.
• Familiarity with Los Angeles/Orange Counties and surrounding markets.
• Comfortable with technology and CRM systems.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends when needed.

$150,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly
