Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
- Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month
- Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
- Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
- Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and promote properties effectively
- Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other services related to listings
Qualifications
- Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
- Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing effective solutions
- Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally adept at handling objections
- Effective communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service
- Proficient in Spanish
- Holds a valid real estate license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sales
- Collaborative team member
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Growth-oriented and eager to learn
- Highly organized
- Open to mastering scripts and dialogues
- Exceptional time management capabilities
Compensation
$55,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
