KW Everett is looking for a dedicated, licensed Showing Assistant who is fluent in Spanish to join our energetic real estate team in Everett, WA. This role is ideal for individuals who love interacting with clients and have a passion for the real estate field. As a Showing Assistant, you will be responsible for organizing and leading property showings, delivering a smooth and outstanding experience for our clients. • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in Command
• Conduct a minimum of two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. Your ability to serve the Spanish speaking community is a bonus, and you are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$75,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
