Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for Misty Sold Team.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and engage with the online community to build strong relationships.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals and real estate market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and industry trends to keep Misty Sold Team competitive.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in real estate
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to create engaging content tailored to the real estate market and target audience
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media analytics
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and trends is highly desirable

Compensation

$36,000 - $48,000 USD Yearly
