• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for West Real Estate Group.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and engage with the online community to build strong relationships.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the the team to align social media efforts with overall business goals and promotional activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure West Real Estate Group remains competitive in the digital space.
• Assist in managing paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and lead generation.

• Proven experience managing social media platforms for real estate or related industries
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to create engaging content including graphics, videos, and copywriting
• Familiarity with real estate market terminology and trends is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute campaigns effectively
