Located in Meridian, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of real estate signage, ensuring high visibility and professional presentation. • Install real estate signs at designated properties accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all signs are placed in compliance with local regulations and company standards
• Maintain and organize installation tools and equipment
• Remove outdated or damaged signs promptly and responsibly
• Communicate effectively with team members and property owners regarding sign placement
• Report any issues or obstacles encountered during installations to management
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of sign materials as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in sign installation or related field preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and use hand and power tools safely
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision and present well
• Basic knowledge of real estate signage regulations is a plus
