As a Showing Specialist (Junior Agent) on The DaRosa Team, you’ll have the rare opportunity to build your business while working directly alongside one of the top agents in the Greater Sacramento area.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in every stage of the home-buying process — from initial consultations to negotiations, inspections, and closing — all while learning the proven scripts, client strategies, and operational models used by top-performing agents across the country.

This is not a support or assistant position — it’s an active partnership designed for growth. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a high-volume agent to help deliver a world-class experience to clients, ensuring every detail of the process is handled with care and professionalism. As you do, you’ll also be laying the foundation for your own business, applying the same systems, communication models, and relationship-building techniques that lead to long-term success.

You’ll be out in the field daily — previewing properties, touring homes with clients, gathering feedback, and coordinating key milestones of each transaction. You’ll also learn how to manage multiple active buyers, structure offers, and handle the behind-the-scenes steps that make deals come together. Over time, you’ll master the skills, market knowledge, and client confidence to grow from a Showing Specialist into a Lead Agent, equipped with the tools and mentorship to run your own thriving business within the team.

• Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored property recommendations.
• Schedule and manage appointments with clients, sellers, and other agents to optimize showing efficiency.
• Assist in preparing properties for showings, including staging and ensuring cleanliness and accessibility.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, property listings, and community information.
• Support senior agents with administrative tasks related to showings and client follow-ups.
• Provide timely feedback to clients and team members after showings to facilitate decision-making and negotiations.

• Valid real estate license or actively pursuing licensure in the state of California
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple property showings efficiently
• Familiarity with the Cameron Park real estate market and local neighborhoods
• Proficient in using real estate software, MLS systems, and mobile technology
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the real estate industry
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of The DaRosa Team and maintain professionalism at all times

$45,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
