Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in touring properties
- Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients’ home search preferences
- Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions as outlined by team guidelines
- Actively participate in team events and initiatives according to team expectations
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
