• Guide clients through buying and selling homes, from first meeting to closing
• Conduct listing presentations and open houses
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
• Generate and nurture leads using our tools and training
• Participate in weekly coaching, team events, and ongoing professional development

• Active real estate license in RI and/or CT (required)
• Full-time commitment and willingness to be in-office at least 3 days/week

$60,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly
