Showing Partner: Build Your Real Estate Career While Earning Income

Many real estate agents spend their first two years establishing a foundation—paying for training, serving personal clients, and learning from costly mistakes before developing the experience needed to navigate transactions confidently.

The Showing Partner position provides a more supported way to grow. You’ll earn compensation for conducting property showings while building hands-on experience, receiving consistent feedback, and developing your own pipeline of clients. From your first day, you’ll work directly with buyers and receive ongoing coaching rather than being handed a script and expected to figure everything out on your own.

This role is about more than keeping your license active. It is designed to teach you how to convert leads, create an outstanding client experience, and successfully support transactions from beginning to end—not simply unlock doors and tour homes.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
