• Support lead agents during buyer showings and seller listing preparation while delivering attentive, high-quality client service.
• Coordinate and host property tours, gathering client feedback and sharing valuable observations with the lead agent.
• Build knowledge of Tallahassee neighborhoods, market conditions, pricing, and local real estate trends through PLACE tools and resources.
• Assist with transaction activities, including documentation, inspections, scheduling, and communication from contract to closing.
• Maintain accurate client records, appointments, and follow-up activities using PLACE’s CRM and technology systems.
• Participate in PLACE Launch, coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to strengthen skills, confidence, and real estate production.
• Collaborate with the lead agent, marketing team, and operations staff to support efficient transactions and a consistent client experience.

$32,000 - $55,000 USD Yearly
