• Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide detailed information about properties, including features, benefits, and neighborhood insights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends, property listings, and community developments.
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments and follow-up communications to ensure a seamless showing experience.
• Collaborate closely with real estate agents and team members to support client needs and transaction processes.
• Ensure all property showings comply with company policies and safety protocols.
• Document and report client feedback and observations to help refine marketing and sales strategies.

• Proven experience in real estate showings or related customer service roles
