• Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in the Miami area.
• Provide detailed information about properties, including features, benefits, and neighborhood insights.
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to maximize client engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with real estate agents to understand client needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of showings, client feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings.
• Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships to support successful transactions.

• Proven experience in real estate showings or related customer service roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with mobile technology and real estate software applications

$45,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
