Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
  • Collaborate closely with sales agents to assist clients in finding their perfect homes
  • Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients' home search criteria
  • Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
  • Commit a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
  • Participate in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
  • Actively take part in team events and initiatives as needed
  • Consistently engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, training, and Partner Calls
  • Record all tasks and activities utilizing PLACE Technology tools

Compensation

$41,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
