Your Opportunity

The Showing Partner is responsible for presenting residential properties to prospective buyers in a polished and effective manner. This role involves guiding clients through property tours while ensuring they are comfortable, well-informed, and confident in the home-buying process. A valid Michigan real estate license is required. Compensation for this position is commission-based.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.
  • Conduct property showings with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide knowledgeable and engaging client interactions during tours.
  • Communicate client feedback and preferences to agents.
  • Coordinate and schedule showings efficiently.
  • Follow up with clients after showings to address questions and gather feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
  • Quick learner with the ability to effectively communicate property details and benefits.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent client service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
  • Active Michigan real estate license (required).
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation

$40,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
