Your Opportunity
The Showing Partner is responsible for presenting residential properties to prospective buyers in a polished and effective manner. This role involves guiding clients through property tours while ensuring they are comfortable, well-informed, and confident in the home-buying process. A valid Michigan real estate license is required. Compensation for this position is commission-based.
Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.
- Conduct property showings with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide knowledgeable and engaging client interactions during tours.
- Communicate client feedback and preferences to agents.
- Coordinate and schedule showings efficiently.
- Follow up with clients after showings to address questions and gather feedback.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
- Quick learner with the ability to effectively communicate property details and benefits.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent client service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
- Active Michigan real estate license (required).
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation
$40,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
