Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program to build foundational expertise
- Accompany real estate agents on property tours, fostering a positive and engaging environment
- Proactively address client inquiries and concerns during showings with professionalism and approachability
- Master detailed knowledge of each property to effectively showcase its key selling points
- Maintain consistent, transparent communication with agents, providing timely client feedback and insights
- Coordinate and manage showing schedules efficiently to ensure a seamless experience for all parties
- Conduct diligent follow-ups with clients post-showing to capture feedback and resolve outstanding questions
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with clear and effective communication
- Energetic, positive attitude, and highly personable
- Rapidly assimilates and conveys essential property details
- Meticulous with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence
- Valid and active Michigan real estate license required
- Background in customer service or sales preferred for added advantage
Compensation
$40,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
