Join the Vonesh Real Estate Team in Grand Forks, ND, and help clients find the right home by presenting properties aligned with their needs, priorities, and lifestyle. This role provides valuable, hands-on experience in real estate while contributing to a team dedicated to creating exceptional client experiences.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with lead sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week and host open houses
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$35,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
