• Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program.
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding their perfect homes.
• Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients' home search preferences.
• Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients.
• Commit a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation efforts.
• Participate in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team protocols.
• Attend team events that align with the team's established standards.
• Engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
